Service terms — pre-launch draft

This page identifies the intended service boundaries. It is not a finalized legal contract. B-tech must publish professionally reviewed terms before commercial onboarding.

Service scope

B-tech Property organizes property, tenancy and financial records. Manual receipt verification represents an authorized user’s confirmation; it is not independent bank verification. The platform does not hold customer funds or issue TRA fiscal receipts.

Subscriptions

Prices are initial commercial proposals. Online payments, automatic renewal and refund policies must be configured and agreed before paid activation. Expired workspaces retain read and export access; records are not silently deleted.

Outstanding terms

Legal entity, governing law, contact details, service commitments, acceptable use, dispute handling, liability, data processing terms, cancellation and retention policies remain subject to review.
