Privacy and your workspace

Pre-launch information. A reviewed privacy notice and controller contact details must be supplied before accepting real customer data.

Data used by this application

Workspace accounts use names, email addresses and password hashes. Property operations use property details, tenant contact information, leases, invoices, payment references and maintenance requests. Do not enter identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.

Access and retention

Access is restricted by workspace membership and role. Financial records and audit logs are retained when subscriptions expire. Export requests can be handled by workspace administrators. A legally reviewed retention, deletion and data-subject request policy is required before launch.

Services and hosting

Production hosting, database locations, subprocessors and international transfer arrangements must be documented by B-tech before launch. Payment and messaging integrations are currently unconfigured. The application does not sell tenant data or send it to an AI service.
